All products manufactered by R/C Skydiving will be guarenteed for quality and workmanship by us directly. We stand behind our products 100% for defect due to manufacturing. We do not stand behind any misuse of our products or damaged caused by misuse or improper flying ateiquette. We will replace items as needed or repare them at our cost. You must contact us before sending anything back for a return number. All returns are subject to our descretion on how we handle them. Always fly in accordance with AMA rules and regulations.
SHIPPING:
We do the majority of our shipping by Priority Mail. This srevice is stated to be 2 to 3 day service. The United States Post Office does not quarentee 3 day shipment, so neither can I. If you want quarenteed shipping you must pay for guarenteed services. We ship all overseas shipments by Priority International, this service is 6 to 10 days. Once again they do not guarentee 10 days, this is a time only if everything goes perfect. Customs can hold these shipments up for 1 day or 3 weeks or more.
SKYDIVER ORDERS:
Skydivers are custom made when you order. From time to time we have some in stock, but this is the exception. Skydiver orders will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete, and maybe longer during busy months. We will run credit cards or payments when we process the order, not when we ship. We can't make custom chutes without payment. Please take this in to consideration when ordering.
